I have had so much going on in the studio an outside it as well! First, there has been a ton of cleaning! I cleaned and tossed crap out all of January. No, you don't need to see what it looks like now, just trust me, it's cleaner. Next, I prepared to host the wonderful book artist Daniel Essig during his workshop for Paperworks, taught last week, which I also took. Here are some of my results from the Sculptural Mica class and some of dan's beautiful work as well.
Not only did I take the workshop, have Dan stay with Dave and I from Tuesday through Sunday, but my mom also finished her cancer treatments on Friday. My dad also celebrated his 72nd b-day - no small accomplishments. So proud of us all and so grateful. Valentines week was indeed filled with love.
